Each 90min session begins before we even meet. In the first 30mins I take time to review your intake information (or notes from our previous work together) and attune to your energetic field. Using a combination of intuition, muscle testing, and advanced frequency scanning, I gain insight into the deeper patterns and areas of stress your system is holding. From here, both supportive frequencies and flower essences are selected to meet your unique needs.

When we connect — whether in person, by phone, or online — we’ll spend around an hour together. This is your space to share what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and set intentions for your healing journey. I’ll walk you through the insights revealed in your scan, the essences that have shown up for you, and the frequencies I’ll be delivering in the background to bring harmony and release.

In this 30-minute session, we:

• Re-scan and re-attune to your field to see what has surfaced

• Adjust your frequencies to match your current needs

• Create or refine your personalised Bush Flower Essence blend

Consistent follow-up appointments (every 3-4 weeks) allow us to keep your healing momentum flowing without waiting until things feel “stuck” again. Each step builds on the last, ensuring that your progress deepens, integrates, and lasts.
