Hot flushes gone!

I’m now 7 weeks into Rachel’s Menopause Support Program and I’ve not had a hot flush in over 4 weeks. I can’t believe it. This program has been life-changing I’ve gone from having 12+ hot flushes a day to them now being a thing of the past. And the best part is I didn’t have to do or change anything.

His Vision Returned!

When my cat Eric was rushed to the vet, his blood pressure was so high it couldn’t be read, his heart was in a dangerous rhythm, and his retinas had detached. We were told to prepare for the worst.

Finding Her Voice…

This is a little story about my daughter, Ava, who had struggled a bit with reading — flipping letters, losing her place, and reading in a flat, monotone voice. I often wondered if she might be dyslexic.
